We love to find things, think about colors, shapes and patterns, and wonder why this place is a special home to wildlife. Each nature exploration will focus on the importance of a sense of place. Local and migrating birds, other wildlife, collecting techniques, and environmental awareness will be presented in a fun, energetic format that adults and children alike will enjoy. Come join us as we hunt for bugs and learn about their place in our envrionment.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it’s time one again for our Spring Pantomime! This time around we’ll be following the adventures of Snow White as she takes a peek at what happens through the looking glass…!!! Edward Speck and Josh Shack have planned yet another silly, surprising, playful Spring panto, free to all. Prepare for puns, princesses, passion and improbable plots with some of your favorite fairy tale and literary characters!

The Newburyport Choral Society’s Spring Concert will feature British composer James Whitbourn’s powerful oratorio Annelies, the only musical setting based on the story of Anne Frank during the Holocaust. Commissioned and premiered in 2005 by the Jewish Music Institute, librettist Melanie Challenger has crafted Anne Frank’s story into a dramatic and emotional journey for the singers and the audience, alike.

Acting Out Productions present the classic favorite, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, adapted from the fantasy by Roald Dahl, written by Richard R. George. For the first time in a decade, Willy Wonka, the reclusive and eccentric chocolate maker, is opening his factory doors to the public - for the lucky five who find a Golden Ticket in their Wonka chocolate bars. When Charlie Bucket finds a dollar bill in the street, he must choose between helping his impoverished family or taking a chance on his dream.
