Rainforest Reptile Shows hosts “Night of Reptiles” Family night! Tickets include a live animal demonstration, dinner, children’s activities, door prizes,silent auction and hands on reptile encounters. Bring your camera! Limited tickets available! Some of the animals in attendance may include Fred, a 6-foot-long alligator, Venus, a 20-foot-long snake, and even a bird of prey! You will be able to meet, touch, and take your picture with snakes, lizards, turtles, and alligators. This fundraiser is to kick off the premier of Rainforest Reptile Shows new nonprofit RRS OASIS a 501(c)(3).
Come to Beverly to race for a great cause! All race proceeds will be used by The Running Well Ministry at Calvary Christian Church to build another well in Africa in 2016. The cost to build a well is over $10,000. One well can make the quality of life so much better for hundreds of children and adults, many of whom must spend hours daily to procure potable water. Register for North Shore’s 37th Annual Good Friday Walk and help needy families in the North Shore. This year, funds are needed more than ever and any walker who raises at least $20 will be given a commemorative walk t – shirt. The 10.5 mile walk will start at St. John the Evangelist School and proceed to the Baptist Church in Downtown Beverly, then continue on to the Church in the Cove and St. Margaret’s Church in Beverly Farms. Walkers will follow the same route back to St. John’s.
