Just in time for February school vacation week, for ages 10 and older! There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of making fresh pasta with your own hands. In this hands-on class with Chef Sawsan, kids will learn the art of making three pastas, completely from scratch. For Ages 10 and older.
Kids will begin this pasta-making class by creating a basic homemade pasta dough using only three ingredients: semolina, flour and eggs. Once the pasta dough is rolled out and ready, participants will make 3 different pastas (fettuccini, ravioli and bowties) .
We will make a simple sauce to complement these delicious pastas.
