Visiting is a great way to get the feel of everyday life at Harvard College. Take the opportunity to meet our current students and explore the Cambridge/ Boston area. Admissions officers, often with undergraduates, present information and answer questions about admission to the college, financial aid, academics, extracurricular activities and residential life at Harvard. Tours are led by current undergraduates and provide a perspective on daily life on campus.
Registration is optional, but strongly recommended. It will enable us to better estimate room capacity, as well as to alert registrants to any possible schedule or venue changes. It will not be possible to register by phone or in person, nor will it be necessary to confirm your appointment upon arrival. It is not necessary to register in advance—you are welcome to attend a session without prior registration.
You may cancel or update your registration at any time. If you attended a Harvard College information session or tour prior to this announcement, documenting that visit in the new registration system will be neither possible nor necessary.
Please note: any information you provide will be used for planning purposes only. It will have no bearing on the admissions process should you decide to apply to Harvard.
We know that many students will not be able to visit colleges before applying. As an alternative, we strongly recommend our virtual tour. In addition, examining our website will yield a vast amount of information about Harvard past, present, and future.
