Take a full tour of beautiful Green Meadows Farm with an overview of our certified organic vegetable farming and sustainable animal program. Green Meadows Farm operates a CSA and runs a farm stand open to the public. In the Farmstand, you'll find our own seasonal vegetables plus a variety of natural and organic dry goods, local cheeses, milk, meat and fun gift items for children and adults.
The Hamilton Massachusetts Police Department is actively investigating a reported attempted abduction that occurred in the Town of Hamilton on the afternoon of May 7, 2012. The victim reported that a white van with possible blue markings on it pulled alongside the victim and motioned for the victim to come over. The victim ran into the woods and then returned home and reported the incident . The attached composite sketch was created by a police officer from information provided by the victim describing the operator of the van.
The TriROK Foundation is hosting a ROK-A-5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run on Saturday May 19th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Patton Park in Hamilton, MA. This event will feature the ROK-A-5K, which is open to all runners and walkers and the Kids Fun Run. This event is open to the public. Attend Spring Farm School at You do not have access to view this node and see the new chickens laying, the baby lambs romping, the winter pigs rooting and the seedlings sprouting in the greenhouses we just finished recovering. April vacation is the perfect time to really see a burst of spring. Walk around the farm, listen to the birds, look for bugs and maybe even gather a few fresh eggs. The farm stand will be open also in case you need milk, honey, meat... or whatever wonderful food you have been missing.

Students will work with the sewing machine to complete some super fun projects. Bring in your old pair of jeans to recycle and create a bag, storage baskets and more!. Previous hand sewing experience recommended. No sewing machine needed but if you own one, please bring it in. You can leave it for the entirety of the session.

Harty will offer tips on how to encourage children to be “thoughtful savers, careful spenders, and intentional givers.”

Hamilton-Wenham Public Library Winter 2012 Children's Program registration begins on Tuesday, January 17 at 10 a.m. in person in the Children’s Room. Most of the classes begin the week of January 23, 2012 and continue through the second week of March.
