Pinto Bella Hula Hoops will have a live demonstration where kids will learn the history of hula hoops, the benefits of the activity and how to do it properly! Kids will then have a chance to try for themselves, and then join iun on organized games and use teamwork to see how fun and energizing Hula Hooping can be! For kids in grades K-5!
PuppeTree brings to the stage a stunning new production of Leo Leonni'e classic children's book [amazon B006N56YL0 inline] to Sawyer Free Library. This fully authorized mulimedia production blends shadow puppets, animation and projections performed by PuppeTree founder Ann Legunn.
Kids will learn about a variety of different animals from around the world at the Sawyer Free Library. The summer kickoff program with Creature Teachers will feature exotic animals up close and personal for children. Children will learn about the diverse habitats of our planet and the animals that live there. Ages 3 and up.
