The Danvers Kiwanis Club and Beverly Hospital Lahey Health are hosting a Bike Rodeo to raise awareness for bicycle related injuries, allow children to test their bicycle, learn handling skills on their own bikes, and encourage increased helmet use by kids of all ages.
North Shore Kid is about supporting family life north of Boston and to do that we support many professionals, organizations, and businesses north of Boston. One of the best investments we've made as a local business was to join the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. The Peabody Institute Library - Danvers is in big Bubble Trouble! A bubble volcano. Bubble roller coaster. A kid in a bubble? Jeff Boyer takes bubbles to the max in this one-man bubble extravaganza. It’s the craziest, most creative bubble show around. Jeff juggles bubbles, sculpts and builds with bubbles, makes fog-filled bubbles and more. Mixing comedy, music and interactive bubble-magic with science, he engages and delights audiences of all ages.

Kids are invited to a fun, interactive morning of music and movement with Sarah Gardner at the Peabody Institute Library in Danvers! Sarah's act includes the audience as part of the band. With a set of romping songs, kids get to sing, dance and play along to their favorite stomping, jumping, flying, twirling songs. Come join the fun - Sarah keeps the kids playing, singing and dancing!
The New England Aquarium Penguins are coming to the library! (Children in Grades 1-5 ONLY). New England Aquarium educators will teach children how to act like penguins and how to collect and analyze data like scientists. Please note there will NOT be any live penguins at this program.
