Explore the music and dance of the culturally rich Andes in Rockport Massachus!

Rockport Music invites you to a FREE concert at their Shalin Liu Performance Center! Explore the music and dance of the culturally rich Andes!  The musicians of Inkas Wasi will perform traditional Andean music and demonstrate the instruments such as the chakchas, palo de lluvia, siku, quena and charango.  Inkas Wasi has provided concerts and educational programs to over 100 schools across the United State and is an active member of the New England Foundation of the Arts, The Maine Arts Commission, National Flute Association, North American Folk Music and Dance Alliance, among many more.  Free, no tickets required.

Created in 2010, the Wenham Street Brass is a trio of young professionals dedicated to engaging audiences through performance and education. They are the ensemble-in-residence for A Street Music Education, a music school in Quincy, MA.

Kids are invited to a fun, interactive morning of music and movement with Sarah Gardner at the Peabody Institute Library in Danvers! Sarah's act includes the audience as part of the band. With a set of romping songs, kids get to sing, dance and play along to their favorite stomping, jumping, flying, twirling songs. Gustafer Yellowgold will be at the Regent Theater in Arlington

Gustafer Yellowgold’s Show is a multi-media performance of live music, animated illustrations and storytelling. With its unique crossover appeal, the show has been the wild-card opening act for Wilco and The Polyphonic Spree. Gustafer has appeared off-Broadway in his own productions of Gustafer Yellowgold’s Mellow Sensation and Gustafer Yellowgold’s Infinity Sock. In addition to touring nationally to arts centers, children’s museums, theaters and music venues, Gustafer has ventured abroad for performances in the U.K and even Korea!
