Come to Flint Library for pumpkin painting fun! Join our Children's Programming Librarian, Miss Jackie, in Meeting Rooms A+B to choose a pumpkin, paint it, and take it home. Acrylic paint will be used for this activity and does stain clothes. Please dress accordingly. For Ages 8-12.
Newburyport Youth Services invites middle school aged girls to come celebrate their friendships, explore new activities and speak their minds in a 'girl's only' atmosphere. This is a hang out for 4th and 5th grade girls! There will be nail painting, temporary tattoos, friendship bracelet making, a self defense class courtesy of the Dojo and of course, snacks! This event is free. Please register in advance- however, limited spots will be available at the door.

Walk the trails to see the handcrafted houses at this year’s enchanted Fairy House Festival. Cast your People’s Choice Award vote for your favorite Fairy House. Stay awhile for magical fun, arts and crafts, food, raffles, live music, and more. Rain or shine. Anyone is welcome to submit a house. Donations collected at the Festival are reinvested back into the Park.

This Imagine, Sing and Learn with Lisa Hutchings is all about asking the question IS IT SPRING YET? This is an active indoor program for ages 3-6 and a favorite grown-up with some outdoor time (weather permitting). We will learn all about WOOD FROGS, SALAMANDERS, LADYBUGS, SONG BIRDS and more! Using props, group role play, song and movement, we will learn about the fascinating ways animals wake up and come back in springtime – each animal has its own special way of greeting the longer, warmer days of spring!
