Chase the Gorilla Down Argilla 5k

Chase Argy the Gorilla down Argilla Road in Ipswich Ma in this fun 5k for all ages!

This fun-filled family event kicks off the 2017 YMCA North Shore Road Race Series, now in its 11th year! Argy the gorilla has completed this wandering 5K course through the wooded neighborhoods of Ipswich, on everything from running shoes to a Segway to the back seat of a convertible!  Bring the kids along for workout games with Argy (the Gorilla)! Post-race awards, music, photos, refreshments and more! This race is open to all ages.

Run for the Hills Trail Run 5k/10k

The Run for the Hills 5k takes place at Pingree School in Hamilton!

This race offers both a 5K  and a 10K race. The 10K distance is part of the 2018 New England Running Company Trail Series. The race course winds through the beautiful wooded hills behind the Pingree School. Wylinn’s Wish Foundation Ice Cream Fun Run

Wylinn's Wish Foundation Ice Cream Fun Run and 5k at Topsfield Fairgrounds

Wylinn’s Wish Foundation is hosting an ICE CREAM FUN RUN on Sunday, June 4 at the Topsfield Fairgrounds. Registration will be at 9a.m. but the main event is a 5k run/walk, beginning at 11a.m., offering participants of all ages and abilities to race competitively or just enjoy the opportunity to come together for some fitness and fun. There will also be a kid’s run, providing the younger attendees with their own event. Following the race will be an after party, which will include a free ice cream cone for each participant.  If you register prior to the day of the event, it is $35 for the 5k race and $20 for the kid’s fun run. Day of the race registration is $40 for the 5k race and the kid’s fun run remains the same price.

Run to raise funds for cancer research at Dana Farber and the Ipswich YMCA

Throw on your running shoes and get ready for the Summer Solstice 5k Run/Walk! The Proceeds from this event will support two organizations – the Ipswich YMCA and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. This race is to honor Bill – a former member and previously on the board of directors of the YMCA who unfortunately lost his battle with Multiple Myeloma. This race is to support some of the causes that he supported in the hopes that they will be able to help others. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to run for a cause.

Run or Walk this 5k race in Beverly Massachusetts, and help raise funds to bring water to people who desperately need it

Come to Beverly to race for a great cause! All race proceeds will be used by The Running Well Ministry at Calvary Christian Church to build another well in Africa in 2016. The cost to build a well is over $10,000. One well can make the quality of life so much better for hundreds of children and adults, many of whom must spend hours daily to procure potable water. Whether you run or walk, your effort will provide a source of clean water for those who don't have access to it.  Race day sign up begins at 8:30

The Fast Chicks 5k raises funds for local families & celebrates active women!

The Fast Chicks 5k is a Hamilton-Wenham Mother's Club sponsored community fundraiser race that celebrates active women and raises funds for a selected charity each year.  There's also a FREE kids race - a 100 yard dash! Now in it's third year, the race begins and ends at Patton park and funds raise this year will go to the Wellspring House, a North Shore organization based in Gloucester that empowers individuals and families to live more secure lives through basic needs assistance, education and job training.

The The Trustees of Reservations, in partnership with New England Barefoot Runners, invite the public to participate in their first annual Piping Plover 5K run at Castle Hill on the Crane Estate in Ipswich!
