Herbal Workshop with Liane Moccia at The Trustees of Reservartions Stevens-Coolidge Place in North Andover Massachusetts

Want to stay healthy this year, boost your immune system, and learn natural ways to prevent colds and the flu?

During this herbal wellness class you will learn simple steps you can take to help support your immune system. We will discuss herbs for prevention, what to do at the first signs of illness, and how to decrease the severity of symptoms and length of illness if you do get sick.

You will leave knowing exactly what herbs can help support your health this season. Participants will receive recipes to make your their herbal remedies, buying guides if you prefer to purchase, and simple tips to incorporate herbs into your daily life.
