The FREE seminar and cooking demonstration will be led by local holistic health counselor Tanya Tzitzon. She will give a brief overview of basic foods, like fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits, whole grains, healthy good quality fats, legumes, quality proteins and herbs and spices that should be incorporated into your diet and why.

Boston’s third annual Inventgenuity Festival is presented by Beam Camp, a New Hampshire summer camp for the applied arts, technology and collaboration. The weekend Festival will be loaded with a tremendous range of activities led by Beam’s staff of artists, engineers and big thinkers. The Inventgenuity Festival has become a popular annual winter celebration of making things for kids ages 7-14 and their parents.

Girls Incorporated of the Seacoast Area and the Newburyport Public Library invite teenage girls to the E3: Exploring Entrepreneurial Experiences workshop to learn about turning ideas into businesses where they become their own boss! Attendees learn about entrepreneurship and how it can affect them economically, as well as professionally, at this hands-on workshop.
