Moon Party!

Come to the Manchester Public Library for a fun evening of celestial observation for International Observe the Moon Night! Bring your telescopes, binoculars, or use ours as the Houghton Family and Manchester Public Library celebrate International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN) on Wednesday, September 27th at 6:30 PM. We’ll have multiple scopes set up for you to use, and astro binoculars too. Light refreshments of moon pies, tang as well as moon maps, stickers, and other handouts will help us celebrate this great outdoor tradition at the library.

The Sawyer Free Library invites kids to fun puppet show featuring Lindsay and Her Puppet Pals! Lindsay shares her hand crafted, life size puppets with children and families across NH, MA, and ME. Filled with silliness, crowd participation, and lovable characters, her charming and positive short stories will delight the young and the young at heart! Hit the Street for Little Feet Family Fitness Festival

Hit the Street for Little Feet is sponsored by the Manchester Memorial PTO.

The Manchester Memorial PTO is gearing up for the annual "Hit the Street for Little Feet" 5K Road Race, 1M Fun Run and Family Fitness Festival. The 5k race route which goes throughout picturesque Manchester-by-the-Sea will precede the 1-mile Fun Run. Following the races, participants are invited to enjoy a community celebration with fun fitness challenges, obstacle courses, sport specific challenges, local food carts, vendors and more.

Jamboree-by-the-Sea

The Manchester Public Library invites little ones and their caregivers to a fun session of song, rhyme storytelling and movement! MAC Pedal to End Cancer

Pedal to End Cancer American Cancer Society Manchester Athletic Club

The Manchester Athletic Club will be hosting the annual Pedal to End Cancer Fundraiser on Sunday March 3, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. along with over 60 clubs throughout New England. It is a 3-hour Indoor Cycling event with an effort to raise funds towards the American Cancer Society. We are looking for participants or donations help with this fun and inspiring event! MAC hopes to raise $50,000 at our event this year to help create more birthdays!
