Our faculty members are authors and artists, world travelers and All-American athletes. They are advisors and mentors, role models and innovators. And at our January Open House events, they’ll also be your guides to what makes our students unmistakably Shore.
Educated at The Boston Conservatory, talented vocalist and Lower School teacher Jenny Lienhard brings a fresh approach to our music program. She believes in opening children’s ears and hearts to new kinds of music at a young age, and she leads Shore’s All-Star Marimba Band.
Cam McNall has worked for an international engineering firm and for the New York City, Santa Fe, and Glimmerglass Operas. Today he teaches in the new Innovation Lab, inspiring students to dream, design, and create.
First grade teacher Mary Kinahan is a model of perseverance for Shore students. She’s working toward a Doctorate of Education and is a marathon runner whose life inspires lessons in the classroom. “I want my students to push themselves farther than they thought possible and be resilient when the work gets hard.”
After earning two graduate degrees at the University of Barcelona and King Juan Carlos I University, Noah Clarke worked for the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, and Phillips Exeter Academy. Noah urges his history students to question their assumptions and overcome the fear of being wrong so they can develop a greater understanding of our world.
Teachers like Jenny, Cam, Mary, and Noah show Shore students that they can accomplish more than the ordinary.
