What’s the secret to exploring the magic of the Great Marsh? Getting out on the water! Join park rangers from the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge and paddling guides along the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge water trail to experience this unique habitat and the species that call it home. This program is free and all gear will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment!
Plan for weather! Dress in layers, and pack sun protection, water, and bug spray. Wear shoes and clothes you are ok getting wet. Please make sure you arrive on time. If you arrive after boats have launched, you will not be able to participate.
- Meet the rangers at the refuge’s boat ramp, opposite Lot 1, fifteen minutes prior to the program start time.
- Preregistration is required.
