If you are pregnant or breastfeeding and have questions about nursing your baby or toddler, the Nursing Mothers' Council is a supportive group of women & accredited counselors that can help! NMC helps to make breastfeeding and parenting a more informed and satisfying family experiences by providing ongoing education, emotional support, community service, and advocacy.
Attendance at our gatherings is free of charge. All mothers and their children are welcome. There is a comfortable seating area for moms with babies and a small adjoining space with toys where older toddlers and children can play.
NMC meets at 9:30 a.m. EVERY FRIDAY in the Mother’s Room at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church (4 Ocean Street, Beverly, MA 01915). Please use the entrance located off the rear parking lot. Although both the Church and WIC have generously allowed us to use this space, Nursing Mothers' Council is not affiliated with either.
