Why do animals decorate? From camouflage to communication. The most common reason to decorate is to avoid predators Others include protection from sunlight and "cosmetics" to appear more attractive to mates. This program will shed light on why people wear jewelry, lotions, makeup, clothing, perfume and more. It turns out that the motivations behind wearing these items are often shared with other animals.
