Marblehead Senior Art Show

Come see the Marblehead High School Senior Art Show at Abbot Library

Come to the Abbot Public Library May 9 – June 2 to step into Marblehead's own version of the Van Gogh's Starry Night. This inspired theme will be the backdrop for this year’s Marblehead High School's Annual Senior Art Show. The show will exhibit different media, from photographs to busts to paintings, all created by the students of the class of 2016. Many of the pieces have won awards in art competitions and are truly spectacular to look upon. The opening night reception will be on Monday, May 16, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the Abbot's art gallery.

All told with handmade puppets and involving three tales this will be a hit with the whole familiy! Made possible by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

The Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show comes to the Topsfield Fair Columbus Day Weekend

Log rolling, log rolling dogs, chopping, sawing, axe throwing, dragster chainsaw, tree climbing and more are what you'll find at the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack show at the Topsfield Fair! Come watch these world champion lumberjacks show off their skills at this fun, educational show that teaches as much as it entertains! The Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show has been performing and competing at Logging Shows and Sport Shows for over 28 years.

Topsfield Fair Monster Truck Show

Topsfield Fair willhost a Monster Truck Show in their arena in 2013!

Saturday, Saturday,Saturday! The 2013 Topsfield Fair is clearing out the Arena to make way for a crazy  Monster Truck show! Two exciting shows will be held; one at 5 pm and one at 8 pm. There will also Pit Party Passes available which allow ticket holders access into the arena to take picture with the cars and their drivers. The first Pit Party is at 4 pm before the 5 pm show and the second is at 9 pm after the 8 pm show. There are a limited number of Pit Party tickets available.
