One Saturday of every warm-weather month, we will be joined by many of our good friends in the community to present storytelling, song, dance, fairytale-theater and a fun group activity, all right here in the park and all entirely free! He is born dancing to his own tune...tap dancing.
Morning is a busy time for the birds so bring a beverage or breakfast snack, your binoculars and sit at a picnic table to watch their morning activity in the field. The park interpreter will explain birding behavior and other basics, then take you on a short walk to see them nesting.
The Yankee Homecoming Waterfront Concert Series presents Singer/Songwriter Timmy Brown, who hails from Norton Mass and has been singing and performing since the age of 5. In October 2018, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue his dreams full time. In 2017, Brown was voted New England Country Music’s Local Male Artist of the Year for the second consecutive year. His infectious energy and talent have made him a local favorite, around the New England and Rhode Island area. In the fall of 2017, he auditioned for “American Idol,” for Season 1 of the re-boot on their new network ABC, where he finished in the top 60!
