This is the third year of the Crane Beach Parking Permit Sticker program, which is designed to offer visitors significant savings on beach parking during the 2013 season! Trustees members can purchase a parking sticker for just $55, now through March 15, 2013.

The large, sandy oceanfront beaches here on the North Shore are ideal for long days at the beach. The surf has been typically warm and calm lately, which makes it perfect for swimming.

Blueberry picking is a great way to spend an afternoon outdoors. It's fun, educational and has the added payoff of having delicious, sweet blueberries to enjoy in all kinds of baked goods and treats.

The Essex Bay Sailing Club will offer sailing lessons for its 11th season at Conomo Point in Essex. The program is designed for children ages 8 and older who want to have fun learning to sail. In addition to sailing, the program introduces sailors to the fundamentals of boating safety, navigation, weather awareness and essential seamanship skills within the shelter of the Essex River estuary.

A fun outing on the water! Take an afternoon sail aboard the Liberty Clipper and relive the days of Boston's Tall Ships. Take the wheel, set the sails, or just sit back and enjoy the sights and beauty of Boston Harbor and her islands!
