Gather your family and friends and come over to the Firehouse for a little old-fashioned Holiday Sing-Along to kick off your Holidays with music! The Youth Choir from the Immaculate Conception Church (Newburyport), directed by Donna Postle, will be there to lead everyone in singing some well-loved carols, with music provided by John Metrano on piano. Our favorite elf, Terry Blanchard, will once again read “ ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas” while wearing his famous stocking cap knit exclusively for this annual presentation by the North Pole’s very talented Mrs. Elf.
Come to Lynn to celebrate the start of the Holiday Season with a tree lighting in Central Square, Santa's arrival, an art craft for the kids and live holiday music performances. Come take place in the fun and don't forget about the fabulous holiday shopping at Lynn Arts, Inc. and Lynn Museum and Historical Society.
Make a lantern out of a plastic bottle and tissue paper and then bring it to Santa's arrival at the Hawthorne Hotel and procession down the Essex Street Pedestrian Mall to the Tree Lighting in Lappin Park. Plastic bottles provided or bring your own! SCAM will also be collecting bottles throughout the week, so bring your recycleable plastic bottles down for us!
You do not have access to view this node invites families to join Santa on a wagon ride through the woods and over the fields! Craft-making for kids, live music and Chef Alice will be cooking up pizza and grilled cheeses. Of course our farmstand is open and, as always, features holiday decor, gifts, gourmet condiments and our own produce, meats and prepared meals. Free and Open to the Public.
Simply bring an unwrapped gift or make a donation to “Toys For Tots” and have your photo taken with Santa on one of the Danvers Fire Department fire engines! Don’t forget your camera or cell phone. The Danvers Firefighters Association thanks you for your support!
The annual Middle Street Walk 2023 wraps up every year with the lighting of the lobster trap Christmas tree in Gloucester Massachusetts! Stop by Cape Ann Art Haven for a Holiday Party with hot chocolate, sweet treats, kids' crafts, holiday photos, face painting live music. Caroling starts at 4:30pm, followed by the tree lighting across the street at 5pm. Come find your buoy hanging on the tree, enjoy caroling, seeing the star put on the tree join us for the countdown and celebrate the season with the lighting of our Lobster Trap Tree!
Visit with Santa at Woodman's Restaurant in Essex. Enjoy a great local prepared meal and take advantage of this great photo op!
Make memories with your child or grandchild at our Children's Christmas Party. Set in the magnificent Great House lavishly decorated for the holidays, you'll enjoy holiday songs with children's entertainer Jennie Mack, a craft, refreshments, and of course, a special visit with Santa who will have a gift for every child. Reservations strongly recommended. Your name will be on a reservation list at the door rather than receiving tickets.
