The Newburyport Chamber invites kids downtown and to the Tannery for safe trick or treating!

Join Downtown and Tannery merchants as they celebrate Halloween! Gather your Ghosts and Goblins for Newburyport's annual downtown trick or treat event! Celebrate Halloween and stop by in costume for a trick or a treat! This event is intended for small children accompanied by an adult.
