TOHP Burnham Public Library invites children, ages 3 and older, join us as we celebrate Chinese New Year and The Year of the Dragon. We'll read stories and make our own dragon to bring home. Drop-ins are welcome but if you plan to attend, we'd love to know!

Come to the library for special guests, stories, crafts, a new scavenger hunt & more to learn about and celebrate the Lunar New Year. Designed for ages 2+. No registration needed.
Celebrate the Year of the Pig in the Teen Room! Participants will cook some traditional steamed buns and make paper lanterns. For grades 7-12.
Celebrate the Year of the Dog with traditional Chinese performing arts at the Dolan Performing Arts Center. In an energetic hour-long show by Boston's Chinese Folk Art Workshop , a variety of traditional Chinese folk arts will be showcased including the Dragon Dance, Lion Dance, Taiwanese Drums, Chinese yoyo and Folk Dance. Afterwards, everyone will have the opportunity to try out some of the dances and folk arts.
