The Marblehead Festival of Arts invites families to their holiday arts-and-crafts show at Marblehead Arts Association the first weekend in December. The market place is held in conjunction with the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce Marblehead Christmas Walk, a town-wide event. Each year the market place has many local and regional artists who bring their arts and products to Abbot Hall. And don't miss a performance by 'The Shooting Stars' on Sunday at 1pm!

Come see over 100 locally and professionally made gingerbread creations on display at the historic Jeremiah Lee Mansion in Marblehead, MA during this year's Marblehead Christmas Walk. Community members, businesses, and families are building and donating dozens of gingerbread houses, boats and local buildings that will be on display and available for raffle throughout the weekend. Come to the 20th Annual Crane Estate Art Show and Sale: Celebrating the Past, Present, and Future and enjoy amazing paintings, photography, fiber art, and sculpture! During the Art Show you’ll see over 200 pieces of original artwork, student works, a funky small works gallery, unusual gifts at the Castle Hill gift shop, and that perfect find. Everybody is invited to enter the Gingerbread Contest for the Middle Street Walk in Gloucester this year! Groups and individuals are encouraged to get creative and come up with entries that can take any shape. All entries will be judged during the Middle Street walk with winners being announced at 1pm in Gloucester City Hall.

The Marblehead Chamber of Commerce will host a Trick or Treat in Marblehead's business district's in celebration of Halloween. Enjoy sweets and treats, and extended shopping hours at participating businesses throughout town. Look for the "Happy Halloween" pumpkin poster displayed at retailers to indicate their participation. In conjunction with this this event, the Marblehead Family Fund and Marblehead Museum will be hosting a Pumpkin Illumination in the Lee Mansion Garden from 4-7 PM.
The Annual Marblehead Museum Pumpkin Illumination in collaboration with the Marblehead Family Fund will take place in the Jeremiah Lee Mansion Gardens. All carved, painted and decorated pumpkins welcome. Judging by town “celebrity” judges for categories with prizes. All the town goblins and ghouls will want to stop by to take a peek at these wild creations during the town-wide Trick or Treat.
Come to Flint Library for pumpkin painting fun! Join our Children's Programming Librarian, Miss Jackie, in Meeting Rooms A+B to choose a pumpkin, paint it, and take it home. Acrylic paint will be used for this activity and does stain clothes. Please dress accordingly. For Ages 3-7.
