Congratulations: you are pregnant! Anna Jaques Hospital Birth Center class is for mothers and partners during the last trimester of pregnancy to learn skills needed for the childbirth experience such as breathing methods, relaxation techniques, and comfort measures.

Online: Sundays from 9:00am-12:00pm (Online course). Review of labor stages, coping strategies, hospital practices and what to expect on the Birth Center throughout your stay. This content is covered in an online module that you will complete before attending a 3 hour in class experience with hands on teaching, practice, and exercises. A tour of the Birth Center is included.
