The Annual Winter Lights on Cape Ann is a festive event celebrating the holiday season, running from late November through New Year's Day. Over 100 local businesses in Gloucester, Essex, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and Rockport are participating by decorating their storefronts with lights and creative displays. A decorating contest is back by popular demand, allowing visitors to vote for their favorite decorated business in each of the five communities. Contest participants will be entered to win a $50 Greater Cape Ann Gift Check to be used at any of over 200 businesses across Greater Cape Ann. The event, aiming to spread joy, is organized by Discover Gloucester and the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce. Shop Small on Cape Ann this holiday season! Find your favorite window displays while you pick out unique and thoughtful gifts from downtown shops.
