Join us for the Gloucester Rotary Club's Centennial Celebration  at the Stage Fort Park gazebo overlooking Glouecster Harbor! This celebration will include food from 5 Star Phresh-Phood and Harbor Tap Trailer! We will also have musical guests Captain Jack & The Strangers (The Northshore's Premier Billy Joel Tribute Band) with the opener Brandon Blatchford & the Wannabe Teenagers.

Movie on the Common are hosted by the Salem Massachusetts Common Neighborhood Association featuring Disney's Holes

Grab a blanket and the kids and head over to Salem Common at dusk for an outdoor showing of some favorite family-friendly movies under the Stars! Come to Salem Common to watch the Disney Holes staring a young Shia LaBeouf! Plot: Dogged by bad luck stemming from an ancient family curse, young Stanley Yelnats (Shia LaBeouf) is sent to Camp Green Lake, a very weird place that's not green and doesn't have a lake. Once there, he's thrown headlong into the adventure of his life when he and his colorful campmates - Squid, Armpit, ZigZag, Magnet, X-Ray and Zero - must dig a hole a day to keep the warden at bay. To encourage outdoor play and exploration of the great outdoors, this nature-based toddler playgroup will combine themed guided play with opportunities for free time for children and their caregivers to peek under rocks, inspect tree bark for hiding bugs and explore the gardens.
