Computer technology is everywhere and used by many professionals, including inventors, artists, teachers, engineers, musicians, scientists and computer programmers.
The Newbury Town Library invites kids to come and learn about electronics and basic circuits using the Arduino microcomputer and software. In this workshop for budding engineers or any young person wanting to learn about electronics, basic circuits will be explained and instructions given on how to build a simple robot.
Nothing to do after school on a Friday half day? Come to the Newbury Town Library for a movie! On Triton School District Half-Days (Professional Days), The Newbury Town Library will be showing movies at 1pm. Popcorn and water will be served. Movies will be rated G or PG, and posted before the movie day. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Please register to let us know you're coming :-)
