CSA at Moraine Farm in Beverly
Did you know that Moraine Farm in Beverly is a community supported farm? That means that Moraine Farm sells shares of its coming growing season's output to local households. Purchasers literally buy the right to the 'share' harvest as it comes in. The result is that you'll end up with some of the freshest produce possible! The Summer CSA runs for 20 weeks starting in June with an option to buy an extended Fall Season share.
CSA shares will tie you to the growing season as well, and you will enjoy the bounty of seasonal crops as they come and go. Other crops are more consistently harvested throughout the season, in addition to crops that are stored and distributed over time. Share holders are also invited to pick their own crops from a limited list when they come to pick up their shares.
