Saturday Showcase: Katy and the Big Snow

 Cape Ann Museum hosts a family friendly concert based on Katy and the Big Snow!

The Beauport Chamber Players present a family-friendly concert event featuring Robert J. Bradshaw's "Katy and the Big Snow," based on Virginia Lee Burton's classic children's story. This program is FREE and open to the public. Generously sponsored by the Goldhirsh Foundation.

Led by the composer, guests will be treated to an interactive demonstration of a variety of orchestral instruments, a discussion about how Burton's book was translated into music and performances of "Katy" and other compositions which will be enjoyed by concert goers of all ages!
