Faneuil Hall Street Performers Festival Extravaganza

On Memorial Day weekend, Faneuil Hall comes alive with a Street Performers Festival. Enjoy performances by jugglers, mimes, magicians, puppeteers and musicians are just a few of over 50 entertainers presenting three days of entertainment and interactive activities.

This form of live entertainment is a special kind of art. Street performance or busking is the practice of performing in public places, for gratuities, which are generally in the form of money and applause. Street performance dates back to antiquity, and occurs all over the world.
