Eurostoves is offering kids and teens the unique chance to learn to cook at the elbow of a professional chef in this hands-on summer series of classes. We will begin with how to use a knife safely and effectively and move on to key techniques including blanching, sauteing, searing, roasting, braising, baking, and grilling. Working safely and efficiently in the kitchen will be a continuous theme as will cooking creatively and having fun! Sign up for a day, a couple of days or for the whole week. You can sign up for one or two classes, the whole week, or several weeks. Each week is a different theme and feature completely new menus for 2016.
