The Manchester Public Library is having a Hunger Games party! Come celebrate Katniss, Peeta and all things Mockingjay during vacation week. We'll have trivia, games and challenges of skill, strategy and creativity, crafts and District snacks.  Dress up as your favorite character... prize for best costume.
