Ipswich Recreation has a great lineup of activities and fun for February Vacation to keep your kids entertained and active with February Fun-o-rama! Boys and girls in grades 1-5 are invited to join in with their friends at the Winthrop Elementary School gymnasium, playground and theater! There will be basketball, floor hockey, soccer, whiffleball, Shipwreck, Capture the Flag, board games dance contests and more!
Come to Newburyport Public Library for a fun night of boards games! This a drop-in program - no registration required. All ages welcome! Children must be accompanied by an adult. There will be lots of games out: board games, cards, checkers and chess, and many, many more!
Teens are invited to Abbot Public Library for a fun afternoon of boards games! This a drop-in program - no registration required. Join us in the Teen Room for games and snacks. We will play cards, Clue, Apples to Apples and other fun board games (or you can bring your own). Snacks and hot chocolate provided. Bring a friend!
The Middle School Night Program, sponsored by The Community House, purpose is to provide an outlet for middle school aged youth to enjoy safe and supervised social activities. Each event has a theme along with interactive dances and games featuring a local DJ. Concessions are available at every event.

Who can move the most M&Ms from one plate to another in one minute using only a straw??? Will we get through any of these tests before we eat all the M&Ms???? For grades 7-12.
The Ipswich Fire Department teams up with the Ipswich Recreation Department to bring you the Ipswich Foam Frolic! Kids are invited to come for a brief safety talk, and will be able to see the pumper that will create a large foam area for kids to play in! Sneakers or water shoes are required for safety reasons and small children should wear goggles to keep foam out of their eyes.
