Join us for the 4th Annual BevFit Fest, a Beverly Homecoming event on Dane Street Beach. A great addition to Beverly Homecoming events, this day features your favorite local Health and Wellness businesses! Some will be offering free fitness classes- spinning, paddle board, yoga, barre, bootcamp, and more! Others will have vendor booths with information about their businesses, promos, and of course giveaways! We have a live DJ and lots of fit fun in the sun! You don’t want to miss it!
It's time to Party! Every second Friday through the month of June, the YWCA is giving parents a chance to relax and enjoy a well deserved night out or in, and the confidence of knowing our highly qualified youth services staff have their kids' entertainment covered! This popular program, which includes an hour of swim plus wicked fun activities like raucous Wii competitions, dancing and karaoke jam sessions, also includes a tasty snack to add to the party vibe. This is a unique, mostly indoor event featuring a 10-minute swim in our indoor lap pool, a 25-minute cycle on a state of the art spin bike, and a 1.5 mile run outdoors on the picturesque Clipper City Rail Trail. Create a team of friends or family! One biker, one swimmer, one runner or any combination. Space is limited!

You’ll feel better about that Thanksgiving indulgence if you come join us for a hike over the Blueberry and Moon Hills of Bradley Palmer State Park in Topsfield! Best for children ages 7 and up. We will be hiking for a couple of hours on moderate trails. Wear clothing for hiking; bring rain gear as appropriate. Only pouring rain cancels.
For all ages. Exercise and enjoy the great outdoors on some of the park’s hiking trails. Each program takes you on a different path. Hikes may include trail sections that are not accessible to strollers or persons with limited mobility.
Baby Boot Camp stroller-based fitness classes are designed specifically to help moms get fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one more than ever. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core strength. The stroller, resistance tubes (and even your child!) are used as an integral part of the workout. Come try it - the first class is always FREE!
Pathways for Children offers a FREE mid-February Vacation Zumba session for families! Come to the The Open Door for a fun dance session that is bound to get the sillies out! Bring the whole family for a fun, FREE workout at beautiful Lynch Park in Beverly, MA. Moms*, dads, siblings, and grandparents are all invited to check out what Baby Boot Camp has to offer. Starting promptly at 9:00 at the Cove Community Center on East Corning Street, class will involve cardiovascular drills and strength training (all modifiable for prenatal* or extra intensity) and will conclude with refreshments, giveaways, and class discounts. Children are encouraged to bring a push-toy or stroller and their favorite stuffed friend for a special pint-sized workout at the conclusion of class. Come for an hour or come for a few minutes, but don’t miss out!
