Nobuntu is a “Five Part” A’cappella Vocal ensemble made up of young women from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The name Nobuntu is an African concept that values humbleness, love, purpose, unity and family from a woman’s perspective. Their repertoire is a fusion of traditional Zimbabwean rooted music, Afro Jazz, Gospel and Crossover in pure voices with minimalistic percussion, traditional instruments such as Mbira and some dance movements. Breakheart Reservation is hosting maple sugaring tours of the reservation. Come see how maple sap is collected - one drip at a time - and processed into a naturally sweet sugar and syrup. These tree to table tours are fun and informative and kids will love learning about this unique tradition that was taught to European settlers by native Americans upon their arrival in the New World! Admission helps fund the reservations' maple sugaring program!

Pingree School’s ice rink will be open to the public on December 19, 21, 27, and 28 from 1:30 - 3:30 pm. These dates will be open for recreational family skates with no pucks or hockey sticks allowed.
