Newburyport YWCA Summer Programs
In addition to their swimming programs, the Newburyport YWCA offers a flexible schedule of day camp programs that are designed to give parents a little leeway in the scheduling thorough the Summer months.
Starting off with Vacationpalooza in the first week of Summer vacation (8am-6pm or 9am-3pm), kids will enjoy fun and entertaining adventures, where they can meet new friends and hook up with old ones.
Once Summer is under way, the You do not have access to view this node will handle children 3-5 in the mornings, the Lunch Bunch is a program designed to give parents more flexibility around the lunch hour and the 'Splash 'n More' program will engage older kids in the afternoon.
Lunch Bunch can be used to extend the Scamper program through the lunch hour, or as a way to drop off older kids at lunch to start their afternoon program!
At the end of the Summer, kids entering grades 3 & 4 are invited to join the Tricklin' Falls program. This new collaboration with the YMCA Haverhill presents kids the opportunity to spend the last week of Summer at the YMCA Tricklin' Falls facility in E. Kingston, NH via the Tricklin' Falls bus. Adventure sports and other activities include: low ropes courses, archery, kayaking and other fun outdoor adventures!
