Walk through the Crane Wildlife Refuge with the Trustes under the full moon.
Join The Trustees of Reservations as they celebrate the July's Buck Moon!  August's full moon was called the Sturgeon Moon by North American fishing tribes, who knew that the sturgeon of the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain were most readily caught during this full moon. Colonial Americans dubbed this moon the Dog Days Moon; it is also known as the Green Corn Moon, the Grain Moon, and the Red Moon, for the reddish hue it often takes on in the sultry summer haze.
